Details about the AGM 2023

The 2023 Annual General Meeting will take place on May 26, 2023 at 11:00 am, at Tobii’s head office, Karlsrovägen 2D, 182 53 Danderyd. It will also be possible to follow the AGM online through a live webcast. Our CEO Anand Srivatsa will host the presentation. Afterwards, it will be possible to ask questions via the chat on the webcast or in person onsite. Note that formal participation and voting is only possible for people attending in person or via proxy onsite.

Registration and notification of participation

Shareholders who wish to participate in the annual general meeting must be recorded in the share register prepared by Euroclear Sweden AB relating to the circumstances on 17 May 2023 and notify its intention to participate in the annual general meeting no later than 22 May 2023. The notification shall be in writing to Tobii AB (publ):

The notification should state the name, personal/corporate identity number, address, telephone number and shareholding and, when applicable, information about representatives, counsels and assistants.

To be entitled to participate in the annual general meeting, in addition to providing notification of participation, a shareholder whose shares are held in the name of a nominee must register its shares in its own name so that the shareholder is recorded in the shareholders’ register as at 17 May 2023.

Right to request information

Shareholders are reminded of their right to request information in accordance with Chapter 7 Section 32 of the Swedish Companies Act (Sw. aktiebolagslagen). A request for such information shall be made in writing to Tobii AB (publ), att. Extra bolagsstämma, Box 743, SE-182 17 Danderyd, Sweden or via email to generalmeeting@tobii.com.
