First day of trading in Tobii without the right to the distribution of shares in Tobii Dynavox

As of today, Tobii’s shares will be traded without the right to the distribution of shares in Tobii Dynavox AB (publ) (“Tobii Dynavox”). The final day of trading in Tobii shares including the right to receive shares in Tobii Dynavox was Friday, December 3, 2021.

The record day for the distribution of shares in Tobii Dynavox will be tomorrow, December 7, 2021. The first day of trading in ordinary shares in Tobii Dynavox on Nasdaq Stockholm is December 9, 2021.

October 25, 2021 Tobii held an Extra General Meeting where shareholders decided to distribute all the shares in Tobii Dynavox to the shareholders in Tobii. The distribution ratio is 1:1**,** which means that one (1) share in Tobii entitles to one (1) share in Tobii Dynavox.
