Tobii recognized as one of Sweden´s most gender-equal companies in the 2023 Allbright report

The foundation Allbright recently released its annual gender equality review of Sweden´s publicly traded companies, and once again, Tobii was green listed. Tobii climbed from twenty-second place on the list to twelfth place this year. More than 360 companies were reviewed, and to be placed on the green list requires an equal gender distribution (40/60) in the company’s management.

In total, 25 percent of the reviewed companies took place on the green list, an increase of six percentage points compared to last year’s report. The percentage of companies on the red list, which means no women sit in the management team, decreased to 17 percent. This is the first year since the report was initiated in 2012 that more companies are on the green list than the red list.
