New number of shares and votes in Tobii

Stockholm – May 29, 2015 – The number of shares and votes in Tobii has increased by 2,685,150 as a result of the issue of new shares through the exercise of the overallotment option in accordance with the offering in connection with the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The shares has been delivered to the institutional investors who previously made shares available for delivery to investors that were allotted shares in the offering. The share capital amounts to 635,801.873847 SEK after the increase.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 87,613,033 shares and votes in the company.
