Anand Srivatsa, (1978)

CEO

Anand Srivatsa is Chief Executive Officer of Tobii AB as of December 9th, 2021. He first joined the company as Division Chief Executive Officer for Tobii’s previous business unit Tobii Tech in 2019, bringing two decades of high-tech industry experience. Previously, he was Vice President of the Client Computing Group and general manager of Intel’s Desktop, Systems and Channel Groups. He has also held various senior positions in Intel within sales and marketing in the US and Taiwan, including responsibility for some of Intel’s largest customers. Anand holds a MSc in electrical engineering from Stanford University, US.

Magdalena Rodell Andersson, CFO, EVP Finance, HR and Legal

Magdalena Rodell Andersson, (1966)

Executive Vice President and CFO

Magdalena Rodell Andersson is Chief Financial Officer of Tobii AB (January 2021) and has extensive C-level experience from several large organizations. She previously held positions as Chief Financial Officer of OKQ8 Scandinavia, Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Plantasjen AS Group, and Chief Financial Officer of Filippa K. Previously, she held several positions within the Swedish and Nordic food retailing industry. Magdalena holds an MBA in accounting and finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden.

Ann Emilson (1965)

Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing

Ann Emilson joined Tobii AB as Executive Vice President for Global Sales and Marketing in November 2021. She has extensive experience from the tech industry and was Head of Business of the largest B2B customers at Telia Sverige prior to joining Tobii. She has worked at CGI and held several leading positions during her 27 years at Ericsson. Ann holds an MSc in industrial engineering and management from Linköping University, Sweden.

Gunnar Troili Senior Vice President Engineering

Gunnar Troili (1979)

Senior Vice President of Products and Solutions

Gunnar Troili is the Senior Vice President of Products and Solutions as of January 2024, after previously being the Senior Vice President of Engineering for eight years. He first joined the company directly after his university studies as Tobii’s first algorithm developer in 2001, when the company was a garage start-up. Throughout his 20 years at Tobii, Gunnar has played a vital role in driving the company to be a global leader, holding different roles within R&D and Algorithm Development. Gunnar holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Jonas Jakstad, (1972)

Senior Vice President Operations

Jonas Jakstad is the Senior Vice President of Operations. He has contributed to Tobii’s business since 2016, when he first joined as Global Operations Director. Before joining Tobii, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Maquet Critical Care AB, Getinge. Previously, Jonas held leading positions within the automotive industry, GM Powertrain. Jonas holds an MSc in welding and vehicle engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Emma Bauer is Senior Vice President of Integrations at Tobii as of January 2024. She was previously the Senior Vice President of Segments and Products. Emma has contributed to Tobii’s business success in several senior positions, such as Vice President of a segment, as well as Vice President of Product Management. Before joining Tobii, Emma held various senior positions at product and consultancy companies related to technology, business- organization, and product development. Emma holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Patrick Grundler (1973)

Vice President Engineering

Patrick Grundler has been Vice President of Engineering at Tobii since January 2024. He first joined in 2016 and has contributed to Tobii’s success in positions such as Software Manager, Program Director for PC and Remote, as well as Director of Screen-based Solutions. He started his career as a Software Developer in 1998 and has accrued vast experience in developing various solutions. Patrick has worked at companies such as PocketMobile, Entraction/IGT and Appear Networks, and has an MSc in Computer Science from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Lotta Westerlund (1968)

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Lotta Westerlund joined Tobii as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel in January 2024. Charlotte has previously held various senior leadership positions at Ericsson, where she was most recently the Head of Commercial Legal Affairs. Earlier, she was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at ST-Ericsson. She started her career as Legal Counsel at the reputable law firm, Vinge. Charlotte holds a Master of Laws from Uppsala University, Sweden.

Adrian Capata

Senior Vice President Autosense

Adrian Capata has been the Senior Vice President of the Autosense segment since January 2024. He was previously the Senior Vice President at Xperi, leading the company's in-cabin sensing product line for six years. Over his two decades with Xperi, he focused on driving innovation and commercialization of computer vision and edge AI, and has acquired unique experience leading imaging technology development, product management, and technical marketing. Adrian obtained a BSc in Imaging & Artificial Intelligence, and a MSc in biomedical engineering from the Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania.
